With a successful track record bringing buyers and sellers together in cost-effective and convenient settings, the company’s growing show roster includes the Philadelphia Gift Show, Grand Strand Gift & Resort Merchandise Show, Boston Gift Show, Fort Lauderdale Gift Show, Galveston Gift & Resort Merchandise Show, Panama City Gift Show, Las Vegas Souvenir & Resort Gift Show, Birdwatch America, Ocean City Resort Gift Expo, Orlando Gift Show, San Francisco International Gift Fair, Seattle Gift Show and invitation-only Gathering event.As a buyer relations coordinator, I contact and invite professional buyers of the gift & home furnishings industry to multiple shows. By determining geographic areas and markets in need of growth I help increase show attendance.

As an administrative coordinator I served as the point of contact with 200+ exhibitors per show. I assisted multiple show directors by providing administrative support, reviewing floor plans, maintaining contracts in Tradeshow system, posting payments and invoicing and contacting exhibitors as needed with important information. Other duties include coordinating mass mailings, entering and updating information into directory system, maintain data in Tradeshow system and generate multiple reports as requested by show directors.
