Assists students with foundational literacy concepts.Uses a variety of instructional strategies to increase phonological awareness. Including but not limited to: Jennifer Serravallo reading and writing techniques, Michael Heggerty, Jan Richardson, Sonday Curriculum, Reader’s Theatre, and other multi-sensory strategies.Uses multiple forms of formative assessments to analyze student progress.

Lovingly cleans, cooks, plays with, educates, and cares for child, up to seven hours per day, three days per week.Fosters a safe environment for a toddler, teaching skills in patience, attention-to-detail, and emotional regulation.

Lead, plan and implement programs and activities for groups of 5-28 children, ages ranging three to twelve years old.Collaborate with team of four staff members to ensure activities are running smoothly and on schedule.Utilizes guided instruction practices to instruct children how to complete three varying activities through supportive manners.Schedules and leads meetings with four or more sets of parents weekly to discuss activities planned, time schedule for birthday parties, and create accommodations for children with special needs and/or allergies.Manages and controls all social media platforms for company, which includes an Instagram and Facebook profile.
