Experience Management is where business meets talent. We sit in EY's technology consulting practice, at the intersection of executive leadership, talent (HR), IT, finance, and operations.In my role as Experience Manager, I am responsible for managing the daily operations for approximately 165 SAP Supply Chain professionals, including approximately 20 executives. I analyze and report our performance for leadership. I am passionate about providing actionable insight to adapt to changing business needs. I am also involved in special projects through EY's Center of Excellence. I enjoy leading projects that create transformative change. These projects are aimed at finding creative solutions to increase operational effectiveness - from new system implementations to business process redesign. Through the lifecycle of these projects, I especially enjoy taking on roles in change management and training.

In my role as a consultant, I have helped clients adapt to large-scale business and technology changes, including large-scale IT/ERP transformations (e.g. Oracle, SAP) to strategic acquisitions. I thrive in a dynamic work environment where innovation, learning, and teaming breed operational effectiveness and positive change. Through my client-serving consulting experiences, I have gained insight into many different industries and work cultures. From utilities to oil to consumer products and more, each industry has taught me a valuable lesson: in all successful businesses, people come first. I believe in employee-centric and customer-centric change that enables people to live and work better.
