Senior Vice President
Current• Executes the strategic vision for a region of 11,000+ homes and develops the implementation plan for initiatives, making sure to consider all stakeholders and their requirements; provides guidance and direction to approximately 150 district team members to effectively build a productive and united regional team.• Oversees the operating performance of and compliance with property management procedures and policies by inspecting properties, reviewing financial pricing models, and marketing plan(s), conducting operational and financial audits, and enforcing corrective action plans as necessary to achieve stated goals and objectives.• Leads process improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for enhancing business performance, and leading specific project teams in collaboration with support departments in developing and implementing innovative programs, policies, procedures, and practices. Implements programs, projects, and initiatives that drive operational excellence.• Assists with formulating the annual goals and business plan in line with the company’s strategic goals. Helps develop budget(s) for their assigned region by analyzing and evaluating financial statements, reconciling monthly statements against approved budget, and working with the Executive Vice President of Property Operations and others to discuss financial resource needs and issues.• Works closely with stakeholders to drive company initiatives such as AMH Build-to-Rent (BTR) New Home Communities. Oversees property management operations of BTR communities, including amenity centers, recreational facilities and common areas, to drive operational efficiencies, resident satisfaction and profit optimization.
