As a licensed Real Estate Broker and a registered Professional Engineer, I use the tools of my education and land development experience to insure all clients receive professional representation during their residential moves in North Carolina. After graduating from North Carolina State University with a civil engineering degree, I spent four years as a land development engineer in the piedmont region of North Carolina. These experiences give me the unique insight and knowledge of local zoning, planning and environmental issues that effect the perception of desired properties.
