Following two years of experience supporting a portfolio of retail based clients in the Vancouver market, I transferred to our Seattle office to support the Amazon and Starbucks accounts, in addition to a number of other large retail based accounts. Worked closely with both hiring managers and managed service providers, to support business demands through direct staffing and vendor management system support. Internally provided training and support to a team of recruiters and assisted my director with performance management and career development, including hiring and promotions, which helped foster the growth of our office. I also held responsibility over territory, product and vertical alignment of our sales team, to ensure we were meeting the changing demands of our customers, in one of the most competitive IT markets in North America.
