Digital Experience Project Manager supporting Event Websites for Esri's Marketing Department. I support the websites and online platforms that correspond to Esri events and conferences. The projects I support have teams that consist of Writers, UX/UI designers, Authors and CMS specialists, and Event teams.

Executive Team Leader Guest Experience (Assistant Store Manager)Oversee a store totaling an annual sales volume of 87 million. Directly supervising 5 team leaders (department managers) as well as 100+ hourly team members. Indirectly supervising 300 team members while Lead on Duty. Manage and oversee major store transitions, company roll outs and overall guest experience. Create brand awareness and loyalty through our Target REDCard program, Cartwheel app, and other sales initiatives.
