Amanda Lynch Elliott is a Florida licensed Wills, Trusts, and Estate Planning attorney, and native Pensacolian. She is a graduate of the University of West Florida in Pensacola, and Florida Coastal School of Law in Jacksonville, Florida, with honors. While attending law school, Amanda met her husband, Mark, who is also from the Gulf Coast. They returned to Pensacola in 2017 to begin their respective careers. Amanda is passionate about educating and empowering her clients while creating lasting relationships.As a professional mom herself, Amanda created Modern Legal to make estate planning more easily accessible to all families. Modern Legal uses the most current technology to keep overhead low and prices affordable. Amanda has an ever-increasing understanding of all of the various roles that working parents balance. As such, she offers both comprehensive guidance and basic estate planning, and prides herself on "simplifying" the often complex process of estate planning. When she's not practicing law, she enjoys her family, reading, volunteering, and traveling. She has served as an advocate for abused and neglected children through the Guardian ad Litem program since 2013, and currently serves on the Board of Directors for the program. Amanda’s hobbies include running, yoga, paddle boarding, and most anything in the sunshine - usually alongside her twin sister. Amanda believes that identifying goals and structuring life in a way that allows for simultaneous personal and professional growth is the key to living a full life - although easier said than done.Amanda's main goal is to provide outstanding service to her clients in an efficient, convenient manner. She handles all matters on a flat-fee basis, and offers multiple packages to best fit the needs of all modern families.

During this internship I researched federal civil and criminal legal matters and drafted documents for Chief Judge M. Casey Rodgers.

While working for Preston H. Oughton, I researched legal issues and drafted memoranda and other documents on the subjects of, but not limited to, Foreclosure Defense, Wills, Trusts & Estates, Homeowner and Condo Associations, Real Estate/Property Law, Landlord/Tenant Law, and Business & Commercial Law.

I serve the greater Pensacola area- including Gulf Breeze and Pensacola Beach. Coastal properties, vacation rentals, and investment properties are my specialty.

I began as a property manager for vacation rentals on the Gulf Coast. I was promoted to operations manager where I oversaw the property management and maintenance teams, customer and owner relations, financial reporting and projections. I increased profits within the company by 35% within the first six months of employment.
