-Supported students to tell their stories through personal statement writing workshops and 1-on-1 writing sessions- Led three project teams to plan and implement large-scale (800+ guests) college access evens for students, school counselors, and families

- Facilitated daily advising sessions, ultimately connecting over 350 students in grades 7-12 with internships, scholarships, mentorship programs, and jobs that aligned with their passions and future goals
