HR consulting for Veteran owned Moonlight Plumbing, Inc. in addition to my FT HR role at VT Construction; as needed through 2024 and beyond.

Played an integral part in the HR transition from the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino to Virgin Hotels Las Vegas, Curio Collection by Hilton & Mohegan Sun Casino Las Vegas through ADP Vantage HCM. Part of the closing team for the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino on the back end going through the channels to issue proper paperwork and terminate each active Team Member in the system, assisted around property helping close each department, etc. and then worked directly with Finance and the Payroll Mgr. to create new dept. and job codes for multiple companies, worked alongside the Virgin and Mohegan Management Team(s) to create job descriptions, solely created and posted all requisitions for all depts. and various outlets. Created SOPs to guide all supv and above how to use ADP Vantage HCM, successfully remotely onboarded all hires for Virgin Hotel and Mohegan Sun Casino LV in addition to the various outlets. Assisted with ensuring new and potential hires were compliant with their required work cards (Health, TAM, Gaming, etc.), worked closely with the NV Gaming Control Board during the company transition and ensured all Hard Rock Team Members were terminated and audited, helped create and shape the Virgin Hotel employee handbook, implemented new Union procedures for Culinary, Bar, Op. Engineer and Teamsters, held Virgin Hotel and Mohegan Sun Casino rallies for returning Team Members, took informative online training courses through Hilton University, helped with new hire orientation and all things HR: recruiting, pre-screening, onboarding, training, ER/LR, etc. during the transition period. Even through Covid closures and delays - we were a part of the closing and opening transition team on site and remotely as required.

Worked directly with management & payroll hiring and activating new hires from RM to Vantage in ADP HCM. Onboard and ensure all new Team Members attend new hire orientation. Maintain regulatory compliance for all required work cards throughout the property for each department and position. Recruit candidates at various career fairs on property and around the Las Vegas Valley. Built and maintained amazing relationships within our Veteran community and multiple organizations. Host infamous casting calls for the pool season, which included Rehab Beach Club. Ensure all I-9's are compliant using E-Verify. Licensee and liaison between the Team Members and the NV Gaming Control Board for all new registrations, location changes, renewals, terms and audits. Manage all pre-employment prescreening, drug testing & backgrounds for hourly / salary candidates, Title 31 testing and various other duties (not limited to) HRIS, quarterly audits, the pre-employment and internal transfer process, department and job code creations, salary changes, reinstatement's, terms and progressive discipline / corrective counseling, SPIs, BORs, etc. Implemented Culinary, Op Eng. & Teamster Union contracts effective Sept. 2019.

Responsible for onboarding new hire Team Members and HRIS data input using iCIMS, NuView & E-Verify; transitioning into ADP Vantage HCM.
