I will be the first to say I walked right past the recruiter from Enterprise at the career fair my senior year at James Madison, not even considering the Management Trainee position. I had a degree in Marketing, I wanted to do brand management, SEO campaigns and social media marketing. Lucky for me a good friend pushed me to consider the Management Trainee position, 12 years later I thank her every day! After joining Enterprise in 2010 as a Management Trainee, I was promoted through the ranks as both an Assistant Manager and Branch Manager before joining the Talent Acquisition team in 2015. Over the last 6 years I have had the pleasure of hiring for the Philadelphia Group comprised of Southeastern PA, Delaware and New Jersey for the same role I started in. Now as a Talent Acquisition Manager, I support the city of Philadelphia and the Philadelphia International Airport hiring efforts, as well as partner with local Universities for professional development workshops. I'm a proud member of the Eastern Association of Colleges and Employers as well as the Fox School of Business Advisory Board.
