Assist the Director of Recruitment, Marketing and Communications with annual INTO USF Brochure developement and production, international student recruitment, video production and editing, student advocacy, social media, newsletter creation, sales support, internal communication and collaboration. Oversee and manage visits from key agents, sponsors and influencers and act as an ambassador for the INTO USF program.

Manage money paid in and out to individual employees during serving shifts.Conduct and organize monthly wine classrooms for serving staff. Train new incoming staff in a classroom setting. Compile and enter daily sales data. Collaborate with hosts of large parties and business functions to book and organize use of the private dining room, including negotiating price per person, maintaining communication through phone and email, reviewing customized menu options, and structuring timed presentation of food and drinks. Generate return business by establishing personal relationships with customers and consistently delivering quality service. Maintain a successful serving area in a fast paced environment. Support fellow staff during serving shifts by multitasking and promoting teamwork.

Supported planning for the new program Open Stages. Analyzed and organized data about Open Stages productions and communicated them internally.Assisted Events and Exhibitions department members to facilitate smooth management of the Midlands region Skills Exchange Weekend. Participated in daily data entry. Aided the Royal Shakespeare Company with a major roll out of a new project.
