I stand and greet people, then seating them assigning them a server working both mornings and nights, i also do room services, take out orders, set up reservations and check the cleanliness of our restaurant consistently daily. I also serve on occasion and i engage with the customers making sure to cater to their needs always smiling n happy to accommodate them, greeting and getting their drinks and food to each table in a timely matter, ringing in orders setting up and taking down our buffet in the morning rolling silverware, and over all cleaning.
