- Customer service- Answering the phone, responding to emails, enquiries, etc.- Calculating and providing quotes and prices to customers - Organizing the upholsterers and workshop job schedules, managing bookings - Accessing bank accounts, monitoring deposits, sending out and processing invoices and payments, keeping accurate records and files of all transactions- Keying data into MYOB, maintaining customer and vendor files- Filing- Ordering all required materials, parts and workshop supplies- Other duties and projects as assigned

- Opening and closing of the store; handling of the keys- Direct sales on the floor and customer service - Preparing banking and cheques, preparing weekly payment summaries and calculating sales totals, hands-on counting cash - Ordering general stock and any custom or special orders, liaising with overseas and local manufacturers and wholesalers, reviewing proforma and commercial invoicing against container packing lists - New staff orientation, staff training and supervision, ensuring procedures are adhered to and targets are met - General cleaning duties
