I started FIT HR because I wanted to create something different: In a sea of HR compliance, I wanted FIT to be a beacon of light. I aim to help each client organization thrive and achieve business success while fostering a healthy workplace and culture that are uniquely their own. Everyone on our close-knit team shares a passion for supporting leaders of small to midsize organizations. We feel a sense of responsibility to lift others, so that we all succeed. As a certified woman-owned business, FIT is proud of the work we do to support other women and minority-owned businesses. To quote a former client, I am a “super impressive drama neutralizer.” When called upon, I approach the scene with eyes wide open. I assess each situation feeling reassured that, based on my experience, there is usually a solution that will meet the needs of everyone involved. I know that people and organizations are resilient. And, at the end of the day, what everyone really wants is to work in a healthy, balanced environment.In my off time, my husband and I load the dogs into our car and hit the road. I don't hang my head out the window like Millie and Shadow do, but I feel the same sense of exhilaration, as we all head towards another adventure.
