-Coordinate, develop and implement Year 1 basic science curriculum modules -Structure and implement materials for 120 students across 4 courses and 18 faculty members-Coordinate module schedules, syllabi, handouts, lecture outlines, etc. for small group discussions, lectures, demonstrations and laboratories-Collaborate with other departments such as LCT, Assessments, EdTech, Student Affairs and SASS to bolster first year experience for students -Earned “Outstanding” on overall Performance Appraisals from Supervisor in 2018 and 2019-Received overall mean score of 4.66 from students regarding availability (n=113)-Received overall mean score of 4.73 from students regarding responsiveness (n=113)

-Recruited students and processed admission applications for 30 high schools – recruitment efforts correlated to 25% increase in admission for zoned schools in the area -Managed the Dual Enrollment database of 5,000+ students and managed registration and collegiate level transfer tracking-Provided developmental advising support to enrolled students-Collaborated with campus partners to develop awareness of services and programs

-Recruited, hired and supervised five college students as classroom tutors-Created and coordinated state standardized testing schedules for 900 students and 50 faculty-Led research studies and provided data and improvement plans to administrative staff monthly-Led and organized events within the community and OCPS, which in turn helped students to develop interpersonal skills and networking skill sets-Educated students on college readiness, backwards mapping, organizational strategies and best study practices
