- Supervised 7 teachers develop grade level curriculum and classroom instruction.- Helped teachers coordinate planning to TEKS by supervising the development of assessments aligned to TEKS and backward design of lesson plans.- Helped teachers effectively use the 5-E lesson plan and plan the best teaching strategies to teach TEKS.- Coached teachers on how to analyze data from CBAs, DBAs and unit tests.- Analyzed data to form pull out groups for students at risk of failing 8th-grade science TAKS. Retaught TAKS objectives to small groups of at-risk students during their elective classes.- Implemented the use of AVID Interactive Notebooks with all grade levels.
