I love what I do.I'm passionate about people and continue to be fascinated by how our physical health, psychological well-being and emotional resilience all interact to have a dramatic effect on how we think and behave, both in our professional and personal lives.I enjoy working with my clients to help them and their staff make changes to their professional and personal lives, tap into their talents, creativity and realise their potential without risk of physical, cognitive and emotional burnout. My specialist areas are sleep and fatigue management. Over the last 3 years, I have supported my clients to sleep better, think more clearly, make better professional decisions and enjoy life to the full. I deliver training in the workplace, assessing staff's physical and cognitive performance with practical, easy to follow steps to enable people to become more focused, improve their concentration and boost their performance at work. Many companies invest in the health and well-being of their staff to ensure a happy, healthy and productive workforce.I take my own advice and enjoy a happy and healthy work/life balance. Outside of work, you can find me walking in the North York Moors, gaining inspiration from the landscape and living life to the full.
