My aim is to bring value to Eteros by presenting pertinent and timely information to each employee so they can do their best work. Many companies face challenges when information is hard to find or comes from many sources. Information consolidation and ease of access is my key focus to improving efficiency. My secondary focus is customizing systems and user interfaces to reduce "clicks" and automate as many steps in every process as possible.

From Keirton's conception, to late 2016, I was responsible for everything related to the company’s finances. Putting my software engineering and experience in the Business Intelligence sector to use, I also took on the task of customizing Keirton’s Salesforce-based CRM, ERP, and Accounting systems. By determining each department’s pain points, these customizations increased Keirton’s efficiency across the board, and gave the leadership team the information we needed to grow the company at an impressive rate.

Taking on the responsibilities of budgeting, payables, receivables, payroll, and accounting, I oversaw business growth from inception to over a million dollars in annual revenue.

Led a team of four software developers in charge of implementing security features for a large business analytics software system. Responsibilities included hitting timelines, quality control, goal setting, employee development. Through my experience with Business Objects I learned how vital and complex access to data can be, and how to deliver data spread across a large corporation.
