I am proud to have been part of an Executive Leadership Team that tripled the number of programs across the US and had a successful transaction in late 2022. I hold operational and clinical expertise in all levels of care, including hospital inpatient, residential treatment, PHP/IOP day programming, and outpatient practice.As I continue to lead organizations in developing and providing innovative and compassionate care models, I am expanding my executive footprint through the Executive Doctorate (DSc) program in Healthcare Leadership at the prestigious School of Health Professions at the University of Alabama, Birmingham. Anticipated graduation following dissertation 2o25.As a pivotal and innovative leader in the fields of nutrition and eating disorders throughout the rapid evolution of this industry, I have led foundational work including authorship of the 1st standards of practice for dietitians working with eating disorders, as published in 2011. Highlights of my work include strategic development of clinical programming models and operationalization of services from start-ups through various growth phases including de novo expansion and M&A. Notable skills include authentic leadership, implementation of various models of care, personnel management and development, budget/P&L/financial oversight, adapting to rapid changes in the industry, and personally founding and operating treatment options for outpatient and IOP care.Having developed and presented numerous national professional presentations and keynotes; I am a renowned speaker known for thought-provoking, passionate, and informative delivery.
