Her responsibilities included management of the Help Desk members and its processes, building and maintaining strong client relationships, coordination, and facilitation of weekly meetings, creation and delivery of daily and weekly reports, consistent monitoring of the implemented processes, daily client and Help Desk relations. During her time as Help Desk Team Lead, Mrs. Mudd coordinated a Tier I help desk transition from a Third Party affiliate to an in-house operation. She developed a project plan for the transition and worked closely with the client to ensure that all help desk requirements were met.
