I am a founding Partner of Munro Thompson Communications. When it comes to client services, my primary focuses are strategy development, key and crisis messaging, media relations and project management. My PR and communications background has afforded me the opportunity to work in various industries, and for clients such as First Nations groups and organizations, government, real estate, health and fitness, insurance, technology and aviation. This work has provided me with varied experiences that have been, and continue to be greatly beneficial for all clients. My professional passions lie in finding ways to communicate and engage, where obstacles might initially exist. Approaching each situation with an open mind and objective perspective - and never leaving questions unanswered - is essential for honing in on what really matters. We work with clients who have a direction on what they’re looking to achieve, are dedicated to their goals and are constantly seeking change that results in higher function and return. I’m also passionate about supporting women’s career empowerment and advocating for women’s rights. I am currently the Past President for the Vancouver Chapter of the Canadian Public Relations Society (CPRS Vancouver), and previously sat on the Board for the Women in Communications and Technology (WTC).I have also been invited to speak at numerous public relations events over the years.
