Maintain the relationship with the BMW Western Region and the Dealers in the Western Region. Create new relationships within in the Meeting Planning and Incentive industry to bring group events to the BMW Performance Center. The BMW Performance Centers take a consultative sales approach to create custom programs for our customers. Each event is curated specifically to fit the wants and needs of our clients. I work directly with my clients from the point of conception of the even through execution and beyond.

Work with in market sales rep to assist with upgrading existing clients to BAMS newest platform CLOVER. Become a product expert on CLOVER so that I can provide the feature, function and benefit to upgrading to this platform. Assist with installing their new system and ensuring that it is running properly. Upgrade client terminals to ensure that they are complaint with the newest chip technology and ensuring that they are getting the most protection they can from any fraudulent charges.

Start and maintain relationship with Costco Auto Program including updating pricing and availability of models as well as scheduling drop off and pick-up of vehicles at Costco warehouses throughout Orange County. Schedule for retail and internet sales staff to ensure that the dealership always has ample coverage.
