JP Morgan Private Bank International Mobile app -Transformed the Overview, Positions and Portfolio Performance experience of the app-Collaborated well with other product owners to ensure timely and appropriate prioritisation of their agenda items which required mobile build, for example: updated login/authentication process and online money transfer2. Portfolio Performance - web and mobile-Most complicated and data heavy client experience (graphical and other visual representations to break down cumulative and annualised performance history)-Substantial feedback driven delivery. Performance was consistently an area where we received the most feedback indicating it’s criticality for our clients, and went from a negative to positive experience which we tracked using a post-delivery feedback loop. 3. JP Morgan Advisory - Head of Digital Client Experience - web and mobile-Key business focus for the International private bank with a digital first (digital only) advisory experience -Tight timelines for MVP delivery (10month delivery timeline) - including an entire landing page ‘dashboard’ with key portfolio information, alerts and notifications, as well as client investment preferences-Experience working with a third party vendor/vendor management to drive cross platform deliverablesKey Responsibilities:-Partnered closely with Sr. management and front office business partners as well as our ‘triad’ of software engineers and design (UX, research) to define outcomes and product roadmap. -Focus on Agile Scrum practices (Trained in product management for Scrum)Responsible for large budget product roadmaps and delivery - i.e. $1m/year-Extensive UAT testing - experience writing test scripts and executing. -Presentation of new features and training for our front office, including supporting client meetings and sales pitches.

Post-launch sales in the first year outperformed targets reaching ~$4b in AUM.Role responsibilities included: - Product Strategy: Establishing the value proposition and long term strategic vision for CS Invest as well as defining the granular feature delivery roadmap and prioritization.- Product Management/Design Stream Lead: End-to-end ownership of product features from conception to delivery. Close partnership with internal and external UX designers (external design agency, HUGE.) as well as digital product owners and technology. - Project Management and Governance Oversight of CS Invest (initial role): Diligent oversight of all project deliverables through the end-to-end process, leading weekly stakeholder meetings, escalating issues and ensuring task completion.

Was a part of the Global COO division of the private bank working within a focused team leading the business side development of the digital platform. The team delivered an award-winning banker-client digital app for Citi Private Bank. Notable accolades include 'Wealth Management Innovator of the Year 2014' at Spears Awards, 'Best Overall Bank for Innovation by Euromoney'. The team was responsible for strategizing new ways to improve the platform in order to make the private banking experience as seamless as possible for both the internal users and clients. The role was to drive and support on various projects. This included:-creating PowerPoint presentations (ex. COO/Leadership Team discussions)-building workflows/user journeys to be given to design and technology (ex. Credit approval request integration) -writing white papers for internal use-conduct and present competitor analysis and research in the traditional financial digital space, FinTech and other relevant digital progressions-ongoing tasks included reviewing platform feedback, analyzing usage stats, and other miscellaneous tasks to support global team members.

This was an ongoing part time job while a student at Princeton University. -Worked in the PVC office on a weekly basis, working major events for Princeton Athletics, and working at sports venues like hockey and basketball games. -The job required reaching out to alumni and helping with administrative tasks in the PVC office with the Associate Director of Athletics and the Athletic Director. -Helped organize major events which included banquets for close to 500 people.
