About me, I work in hospitality sector and my current position is of an Engagement Ambassador at iResponze, I leverage my training and skills in data analytics and communication to engage with social media audiences and maintain high service standards laid out by our response team. The team and I partner with clients, responding to guest comments and messages, ensuring that our approach aligns with the company's values of service excellence.
