From my early days in legal and financial services—where I streamlined operations and helped set the stage for a pioneering remote work venture long before it was the norm—I’ve always been at the forefront of change. It was this knack for seeing beyond the horizon that led me to Transcend, where I first stepped in as Chief of Staff, quickly proving that I could turn big ideas into tangible strategies.Fast forward to today, and I’m honored to be steering the ship as COO. In a short time, I’ve led our team to some incredible wins—like quadrupling revenues, revamping our website, and streamlining sales channels—and I’m excited to keep that momentum going.What sets me apart isn’t just my ability to lead during the good times.
