• Functions as primary Diversus Health contact and project manager for EHR vendor.• Manages real-time, on-site support for the EHR system. • Manages Change Requests from internal sources on the EHR system• Manages EHR projects and enhancements developed as part of the Diversus strategic initiatives process.• Assists IT staff in managing multiple EHR environments to support Live (Production), Testing, Training and other specific needs to optimize the use of the EHR platform.• Tracks EHR vendor updates events, trainings seminars, new features, submission of new features.• Assists in the development and implementation of training plans and materials which enable staff to be proficient in using the EHR as necessary to perform their assigned job. • Develops and oversees the EHR training of staff on the use of the EHR and all its clinical applications. • Maintains appropriate documentation of training participants and outcomes. • Manages and documents all issues reported to vendor to ensure SLA violations are met. Triages & prioritizes EHR problems for EHR staff to address.• Coordinates the scheduling of the installation of all routine software updates and hot fixes with vendor and Diversus Health Clinical Operations and IT staff.• Manages EHR staff including setting performance goals and staffing issues.• Communicates change effectively and defuses behavioral or interpersonal staff difficulties. • Coordinate’s training and onboarding for new team members; directly responsible for providing training to the full team on new/on-going processes and procedures.• Effectively engages staff to work together toward a common goal; maintains professionalism and a positive work environment that encourages resiliency amongst staff, peers, supervisor and leadership.• Provides feedback on, and is actively involved in, ways to improve processes within our system.

- Team lead and Point of Contact for Senior Program Manager. - Assists in the development and implementation of individualized training plans for new and existing employees. This includes the implementation of a new EHR software across the organization and ensuring all current and newly entering staff were properly trained. - Supports staff by troubleshooting any issues experienced, provides onsite support/guidance, and addresses issues via helpdesk support. - Key EHR support for implementations, modifications, and pre-end user testing
