I experienced burnout that led me to a state of confusion and denial, and at the same time faced ovarian cancer. These experiences profoundly impacted my life and work, leading me to a transformative path of creativity and healing. Through this journey, I discovered the profound impact of art and mindfulness on wellbeing, which now shapes everything I do.AUTHOR, DAILY ACTS OF CREATIVITY: My book, Daily Acts of Creativity, is about re-imagining everyday moments through creativity. It’s designed to help you enhance your wellbeing and embark on a pathway of self-discovery.WORKPLACE WELLBEIING: I’ve designed Creative Watercolour Painting Experiences specifically for workplace wellbeing for women. Backed by Australian research in women's mental health, and linking creativity to positive wellbeing outcomes, my workshops are designed to inspire, rejuvenate, and foster a positive team environment, helping to reduce stress, inspire creativity and bring more joy, into a professional setting.CREATIVITY FACILITATOR, MENTOR, SPEAKER: With certifications in Creative Problem Solving and Therapeutic Arts, I specialise in using art as a tool for personal transformation and stress relief. My talks, guest speaking and workshops are hands on, joyful and always creative.I EXHIBIT MY ART: I love exploring themes of nature and connectedness in my artwork.
