Responsibility for the roll out of an LPM initiative across the EMEA non-contentious practice groups. Responsible for team recruitment and leadership, profitability, legal project management, technology adoption, reporting and analytics, pricing support, development of best practice and education. Leading a team of 6, managed some of the firms most complex, multi-jurisdictional instructions, driving efficiencies through development and management of clear workflows. Highlights included the adoption of bespoke collaborative ‘deal rooms’ for real estate transactions and funds formations; adoption of co-authoring technologies and automated workflows to drive deal efficiencies and timelines and to support managed services; bespoke advisory hubs and market alerts for key clients; and refined strategies for data collection, financial management and reporting.
