I believe that Albert Einstein said it best, when he declared that “Only a life lived for others is a life worthwhile.” It is my sincerest belief that my greatest passion is also my purpose – my vocation, and a way for me to contribute to both my local and our global community.In today’s busy world, we’re constantly bombarded with stress, media, work, and obligations that seem to dominate almost every waking hour. We always seem to have more “on our plate” than we can ever possibly achieve – leaving little to no time to rest, unplug, achieve quality sleep or provide ourselves any real self-care. We’re surrounded by foods that are easily accessible and convenient, yet do very little support or fuel our real needs. (Or worse – fill our bodies with toxins and ingredients we cannot digest.) Often times these patterns result in a consistent feeling of overwhelm, exhaustion, and discontent – sometimes developing even further into illness, injury or depression. In order to create an environment conducive to true wellness, we need to look at our lives holistically – mind, body and spirit. We must each find the right balance in our individual lives. The great news is, each of us already has the innate ability to do so. As Hippocrates said, “Natural forces within us are the true healers.” It is my mission to help educate and empower each individual to tap into his or her potential for optimal health and happiness.After working for over a decade in a non-stop, “no boundaries,” high stress position in the financial sector, fighting chronic migraines, lethargy and other health issues – I have researched, studied, experimented (and continue to do so!) to find the most effective methods to break this cycle. It is because of these experiences that I’m committed to supporting others on their unique journey to wellness!
