Manage the Apply Darwin inbox and respond to every applicant within 48 hours of receiving their resume and ensure that all resumes are filed in a manageable system. Thoroughly interviewing all candidates and input detailed interview notes. Attracting high quality applications by writing strategic advertisements and placing them in print and online media as required. Matching candidates to client’s requirements and the liaising with clients about role particulars. 99%fill rate for all job orders. Rostering of working candidates onto job orders in Workdesk and made certain that all pay and charge rates have been inputted correctly. Maintain regular contact with all placed and available candidates to ensure that all working candidates are satisfied with their roles and any issues are sorted out immediately. Assist with all safety inspections to uphold a safe working environment. Complete incident investigations within 48 hours of an incident occurring and follow through to make certain any recommendations presented are actioned. Attend medial appointments with candidate when required to consult with doctors regarding suitable duties and medical clearances. Attend regular toolboxes with working candidates on-site and address any safety concerns that are raised. Day to day operational contact with existing clients to ensure that all client requirements are being met. Reference checking of all candidates prior to placement to guarantee all placed candidates are of a high calibre and meet client’s expectations. Timesheet Report and collection.
