About Amanda Pavon-Lopez

I am an experienced learning & skills consultant and have been Director of Seedbed Consulting Ltd since 2004. I work mainly with adults covering writing guides, newsletters and websites, training, train the trainer, workforce development, developing materials and conducting research & evaluations. I am always looking for new project-based or contract opportunities. I have extensive experience working in the public, private and third sectors, and have held senior positions in adult/FE colleges. I have a Master of Research degree specialising in adult and lifelong learning, improving access, and formative and summative project evaluations. I have a lot of experience in staff development and training (including quality improvement), improving HR and training plans/activities, developing writing skills for business, writing strategic and business plans and managing educational and partnership projects. I have also written guides and delivered training programmes around older workers, redundancy, literacy, numeracy, dealing with clients without English as a first language, Equality & Diversity, writing bids for funding, adapting training for different types of staff and developing partnerships.
