I have spent the majority of my career in Revenue Cycle Management for healthcare. Today, I am a part of the Client Success Team at Zotec Partners. My previous role, also at Zotec, was the Director of Product Support and Quality Assurance. I managed a staff of fifteen, including Support Developers, Support Analysts, and Quality Assurance Engineers. I coordinated project testing and delivery with our Feature Development Group and IT Department, managed the software development lifecycle (SDLC), worked with enterprise clients to troubleshoot problems and communicated project status to internal stakeholders.I joined Zotec again in 2022 after a hiatus to begin a family and manage a household and I’ve hit the ground running ever since.
