Represent public companies and their directors in shareholder fiduciary duty and securities litigation in courts throughout the country, as well as counsel public company boards, board committees, and senior management with respect to a broad range of corporate governance and business matters.

Co-taught an annual two-day class on M&A Litigation in Practice with Vice Chancellor Sam Glasscock III of the Delaware Court of Chancery.

Researched and drafted legal memoranda and opinions primarily related to corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and stockholder derivative lawsuits. Assisted Vice Chancellor in preparing for teaching and speaking engagements. Managed internal organization of cases and motions.
