Provided general oversight with the goal to increase profitability. Built company image by collaborating with customers, businesses, government, community organizations and employees; created awareness of the Open.

Provided financial and organizational oversight over the Austin service office including six diverse programs serving approximately 900 displaced persons annually. Supervised 21 staff and 4 interns. Accomplishments:-Initiated and coordinated agency's first annual Ride for Refuge generating 20,000 USD-Initiated agency's funded participation in a project.
