I lead and manage the HUB’s Dallas small business division and am responsible for developing and executing driving strategic revenue growth, profitability, and exceptional customer service within this segment. Working closely with the executive team, I contribute to the overall success of the company by overseeing and expanding the small business portfolio. Key Responsibilities:Sales, Business Strategy, and Revenue Generation:• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve growth targets and expand sector• Identify new business opportunities, markets, and potential partnerships to drive revenue and profitability.• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and capitalize on emerging opportunities.• Drive revenue growth by overseeing sales strategies, identifying cross-selling opportunities, and optimizing upselling techniques.Team Leadership and Management:• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals, account managers, and support staff.• Set clear performance goals and KPIs for the team, and regularly assess individual and collective performance.Client Relationship Management:• Cultivate strong relationships with key small business clients and act as a point of contact for escalated issues.• Work closely with the sales team to secure new business and retain existing clients through exceptional service delivery.Financial Management:• Oversee the financial performance of the small business division, including budgeting and forecasting.• Monitor and analyze financial metrics to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.Industry and Product Knowledge:• Stay abreast of industry trends, changes in regulations, and emerging risks that could impact small businesses.• Maintain in-depth knowledge of insurance products and services, ensuring the team is well-equipped to provide expert advice to clients.
