I began my career in recruiting working for Aerotek in New York City, focusing on sourcing and placing engineers and architects. I later joined Michael Page International were I focused on the recruitment of accounting and finance professionals. Since joining Allegis Global Solutions, formally InSearch Worldwide (ISW), I have had the opportunity to work on multiple RPO engagements managing full cycle recruiting. These engagements include E*TRADE Financial, CA Technologies, UBS Investment Bank, UBS Global Asset Management, and Sun Products Corporation.
