I thrive on diving deep into every aspect of a project, from the words on the page to the interactive activities that bring them to life. With over 20 years’ experience in learning, education and publishing, I’m an advocate for using best practice inclusion and accessibility methods and remembering the real person at the centre of the learning experience.By using human-centred design (HCD) principles and empathy mapping techniques, I ensure that all design decisions put the learner first. With an eye for detail, and a passion for creating engaging and lasting learning experiences, I make sure every learning project meets its goals and inspires learners to apply their new skills.
