Main projects and deliveries: • Strategic implementation of the collection system, focusing on optimizing the debt negotiation process and automating workflows, strengthening production capacity and efficiency in debt collection, in addition to a significant improvement in the performance of operators in the business.• Support the development of the Playment Plan, an auto-negotiation portal that allowed customers to make agreements autonomously, generated in an additional service channel that did not require significant human effort, boosted financial recovery without increasing operating expenses, realized in a performance improvement significant.• Implementation of the new collection consultancy, to optimize the recovery of defaulting portfolios, providing greater diversification of risks and hopefully increasing the amount recovered.
