My career has been dedicated to supporting high-level, systems-change initiatives that leverage innovative technologies, cross-sectoral collaborations, and novel policy and market mechanisms to drive long-term impact in agri-food systems. As an Agri-Food Systems Lead for RTI International, I combine a generative mindset for envisioning future systems change and a unique skillset in facilitation, design, research, and project management. Currently, I lead a multi-year initiative to advance a global philanthropic donor's ability to sustainably track progress and use evidence to adaptively manage agricultural development investments in Africa and Asia. I also serve as a senior leader for the food and agriculture practice of RTI's Center for Applied Economics and Strategy.
