Responsible for leading the Technology & Enabling area within the GBS of Latin America, while maintaining responsibility for Internal Services area. In this dual role, I drive digital transformation initiatives, fostering innovation across the organization in LA and ensuring that internal services operations continue to optimize efficiency and quality. My focus includes implementing new technologies and solutions that support the ongoing digital growth of GBS in the region.

Led operations Internal Service department within the GBS in Latin America, with a key responsibility in establishing a solid and consistent CIP (Continuous Improvement Process) Framework, delivering measurable results, optimizing processes across service lines, enhancing overall quality, efficiency, and performance.From 2022 onwards, also took on the role of Operational & Process Excellence Consultant, defining and implementing OPEx programs globally. Led the global rollout of tools and methodologies, driving continuous improvement and empowering associates to apply OPEx methods. Additionally, led efforts in cultural change, communication, and training to enhance operational excellence and support digital transformation within GBS.

Managed the transitions project at the Shared Service Center in Joinville/SC, which involved mapping processes in various countries across Latin America. I supported the definition of KPIs, developed reports, and identified opportunities to enhance process efficiency and explore potential synergies. I concentrated on identifying process improvements and driving automation, working closely with IT to lead digitalization initiatives in accounting and financial area. My focus was on driving operational improvements through the implementation of innovative digital tools and solutions.

Led the coordination of the accounts payable department, overseeing approximately 40 employees located in different plants across Brazil. The operation I managed began with stock posting and extended through the complete invoice verification process.Led a team responsible for ensuring the timely and efficient processing of payments, and developed strategies to optimize the entire Invoice to Pay workflow. I also played a key role in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at streamlining processes and enhancing overall efficiency.
