Architect and urbanist undergraduate in 2016 from FAU-UFRJ (Federal University of Rio de Janeiro - Brazil), graduated in 2020 from Anhanguera University on the program of Smart cities, and member of PMI with a PMP certificate. I have based my practice on construction and have experienced all phases of a project from the initiating phase through the closing phase. As an architect, I have worked on projects in areas such as hotels, public transport systems, business towers, health, and housing. I developed projects on every stage starting from pre-design, schematic design, developing phase, construction documents, bidding up to construction administration. In all phases, I had the opportunity to improve my skills on the good practices taught by PMI, on its PMBOK.During my working experience on planning, I had the opportunity to expand my management abilities creating the project baselines with the first set of schedule, scope, and budget and their further updates during the monitoring and controlling phase. I also had to work with stakeholders to understand their needs in order to define the project management plan that reflects the business case and their expectations altogether. During the executing phase of an architectural project, I was part of the development of a few sets of technical drawing with the general design, detailed drawing, drawings for the Department of Building, the construction documents with the architectural design plans that are used to match it with the engineering plans (on subjects like plumbing, electrical, cooling and ventilation system and others).Meanwhile, during the monitoring and controlling phase on the construction field, I expanded my know-how on constructing methods because I was on the job site daily, inspecting the progress of great projects like the Windsor Barra Hotel complex, train stations for Odebrecht Transport (Supervia), house remodeling and others. I was also responsible for updating project baselines. At the closing phase, I had the opportunity to be part of the creation of the material As-Built of buildings that were constructed for the 2016 Olympics, among others. I was then responsible for filing manuals, maintenance procedures descriptions, warranties, and the entire documentation that was gathered over the project life cycle, resulting in the building‘s Databooks.
