My role is directing the Annual Fund, writing grants for all areas of study, supporting Parent and Grandparent community building, and engaging our remarkable Alumni.

Program Management-Executed 12 monthly day long training's for 18 National Service members. -Conducted Monthly 1:1 professional development coaching sessions with all members. -Generated and shared valuable resources to 13 Tutoring Coordinators to build their capacity to implement Tutoring best practices and develop their Youth Program Quality Intervention improvement plans-Solicited over $600 dollars of scholarship funding to provide affordable conference opportunities for all AmeriCorps membersMarketing & Communications -Marketed the Believe*Achieve VISTA Program, via newsletters, social media and website updates-Conducted all external and internal marketing for recruiting 15 membersTrainer-Strengths finder-Elevator pitch-Team building -Assets mapping workshop-Life After AmeriCorps

In conjunction with a fellow Vista member, I work to increase School, Family, and Community partnerships for Gaston and Hackett Elementary Schools. This program is sponsored by the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction which is based out of Madison, WI.

I conducted in-depth data analyses about groups of alumni and their giving patterns based on prior involvement and achievements during college.
