I lead global learning teams for three practices at McKinsey & Company: Sustainability, McKinsey Transformation, and People & Organizational Performance, as well as leading special projects across all practices. I drive the prioritization and collaboration across my teams as we assess skill needs and develop strategies and content to build capabilities across these practices. I worked with senior leaders and lead teams to conduct needs assessments, design and deliver learning journeys and develop learning assets across these critical topics. I designed, launched and developed the Sustainability learning team and offerings from nothing to a vibrant global organization and portfolio.

I was the Head of Learning for the Global Risk Practice at McKinsey & Company. I translated learning and development needs into strategic plans and managed teams to deliver learning programs globally. I personally designed, facilitated and taught interactive and informative programs to build skills and capabilities for consultants and analysts, from new hires through senior Partners.

I led client and consultant teams on various strategic consulting engagements, first as an Associate and then Engagement Manager. My primary expertise was in capability building for organizations undergoing large-scale operations transformations. My projects branched across several industries, including insurance, food retail, and energy, with the heaviest focus in pharmaceutical and medical device companies.
