Change agent for a small orthopedic device manufacturer. Facilitated cross-departmental teams tasked with improving processes in manufacturing and business operations to reduce lead times and work in process. Participated with executives in strategy deployment and business planning activities to develop performance indicators for driving improvement.

Pionneered the first cross-divisional product launches for an orthopedic instrument manufacturer. Managed the transition of prototype knowledge and design information from Orchid Design to full-scale production products manufactured at Orchid Unique. Also, developed business processes and coordinated resources for the first-ever instrument kits produced by Orchid Unique.

Implemented improvement initiatives in operations of orthopedic device manufacturer. In addition to making manufacturing and equipment improvements, teamed up with Accounting to redesign the method used to allocate overhead costs and joined with Planning and IT to introduce an ERP production planning system.
