As a Shareholder at Otten Johnson Robinson Neff + Ragonetti, I help landowners, developers, businesses, and business owners in commercial purchase, sale, and development transactions, including mixed-use retail projects, industrial developments, hotels, shopping centers, sports and entertainment stadiums and venues, office buildings, and large-scale residential communities. My work includes a full spectrum of services from site identification, negotiating purchase agreements and leases, to working with regulatory bodies to obtain permits and approvals. Outside of the office, I am a youth alpine ski racing coach for Team Discovery at the Winter Park Competition Center in Winter Park, Colorado.
