Constellia empower public and private sector organisations to buy and manage category specific spend through a Neutral Vendor Managed Service Provider Solution. The CPC is an established global network for consultancy buyers from all sectors. I lead and manage the Marketing, Communications & Events strategy across all areas of the business.

Developing and leading the marketing and communication strategy to promote NEUPC, a membership organisation within the higher education and wider public sector. Working to support partnership arrangements with business for the NEUPC members, I have responsibility for all marketing and communications including conferences and events, publications, email communications, website and social media.

My role focused on the management of UK Postgraduate (taught and research) student recruitment events and communications. Key duties included:- Planned and delivered multi-channel marketing campaigns to support postgraduate recruitment (e.g. Leeds Anniversary Research Scholarships) running across print, web, email, outdoor and social media to a range of audiences- Market analysis and competitor research- Lead responsibility for the planning, management and delivery of events, including the digital, print and social media promotional campaign. Write and maintain the website for the event- Lead responsibility for the planning and delivery of collaborative events and fairs (e.g Russell Group Roadshow), including advising and supporting other ‘host’ universities- Maintained advertising and company profiles on third party websites (e.g. Find a Masters), including copy writing, ROI analysis and supported faculty staff with course listings- Budgeted, planned and co-ordinated the UK postgraduate fair programme, including arranging and providing briefing sessions for staff attending the events- Represented the University on the Postgraduate Consortium and other conferences/meetings- Budget planning and control- Managed a small team of postgraduate student ambassadors and project managaged the workload of Marketing Assistants as required- Previously in this role I have had responsibility for Undergraduate open day planning, management and delivery (including all communications), managed a team of 50 student ambassadors and developed undergraduate campaigns around clearing and results.

Working in the Student Recruitment and Marketing Team I was involved in many projects including Clearing and Confirmation, organsing conferences and events, along with HR and Finance Administration.

I worked as a member of the Problem Management Centre - helping make sure that Jamboree Site was running smoothly. Problems I helped manage included first aid emergencies, organising translators, ordering more toilet roll, and even hiring a helicopter for some arial photography!
