• Managed multiple crew-focused weapons and security training teams while deployed, assuring the safety of 275 personnel and a $1B warship through 4 port visits and 6 high-threat strait transits• Developed and implemented a new comprehensive Counter-Piracy doctrine that tested and evaluated as “Excellent” scoring a record-setting 90.47% by certification officials, yielding a crew prepared for mission, and able to be effective while conducting anti-piracy operations overseas, helping to secure shipping lanes and ensure freedom of commerce on a global level.
