• Responsible for providing leadership to the Career Centre in the planning, organizational design and implementation of the Career Centre services, events and programs. • Implement a project management culture and sets priorities for implementation and timelines to ensure all events, services and programs are well organized and reflect the professional image of the Telfer School of Management.• Leadership and management of the Career Centre team, including all HR activities, coaching and development.• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with all industry sectors and provide a positive impact on the employment rate of the Telfer School of Management graduates.• Define and develop student recruitment strategies for all services and events to achieve the objectives of the Centre.• Create and develop the strategic plan to ensure optimum results for the alumni surveys in order to highlight the achievements of the Telfer School of Management graduates in the annual Alumni Report that provides the required statistical information for all accreditations.

• Responsible for providing operational leadership to the Career Centre in the planning, organizational design and implementation of the Career Development Program. • Managed operations effectively and efficiently of the various Career Centre services, events and programs to enhance Telfer students’ career management skills and employment. • Managed the Ambassador Program and its 30 volunteers. • Supervised and responsible for project and time management, task distribution, and staff administrative duties of the operations team.

• Developed and implemented the Connexions Volunteer Internship Program. Managed all participating students, industry professionals and program logistics on a semester basis. Coordinated and delivered information sessions in both official languages.• Created all marketing and promotional material and communication for all Career Centre events (i.e. workshops, information sessions, programs, and networking events).• Coordinated and managed all logistics for all Career Centre events from booking rooms, equipment and facilitators; to communication and participant registration; and evaluation prep and analysis.• Initiated and developed eBulletin for the Career Centre. This resulted in fewer emails to students, more targeted messages, and building positive brand awareness among the current student body.

Emphasis is on quality in business written communications and strategies for planning and implementing effective communication to different audiences, including oral communication.Responsibilities include:- Taught a group of 18-22 students for 3 hours a week- Read and graded student reports and presentations on a weekly basis- Provided oral feedback on in class presentations- Offered office hours once a week to meet with students on an individual basis
