I am a corporate real estate professional, with a wealth of asset management, international M&A, complex restructuring, transaction negotiations and transformational change expertise.By building quality relationships, I enable global organisations to implement best practice frameworks and measurable results through the delivery of high quality, financially sound property solutions, estates management, transparent knowledge sharing, team building and technology. Adaptable, quick to learn and persistent, I have held senior and Board level positions across a variety of sectors, including FTSE 100 companies, SME’s and alongside Private Equity funds.My leadership experience provided me with a unique perspective, and as such, I take a pragmatic, commercial ‘hands-on’ approach to real estate transformation. I am adaptable, with a wide range of capabilities, which enables me to manage teams effectively to optimise performance. I take time to listen and work with a business, whilst providing an impartial input into a strategic vision. I embrace change and always relish a challenge.My professional career started at Allied Domecq in 1991, having completed an Estates Management Degree. I qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1992. In 1998, I joined Rank Leisure, where I seized the challenge and led a £multimillion mixed property portfolio, before moving to Odeon Cinemas in 2000. Here, I leveraged opportunities across c.100 UK sites, working with Cinven, West LB / Robert Tchenguiz and Terra Firma Capital.In 2008, I moved to Thomson Reuters in a multifaceted leadership role, followed by change consultancy positions at Oracle and NSN in 2011, revitalising Trilogie’s business in 2012, and collaborating with Microsoft stakeholders in 2013.In 2015, I was recruited by Avis, where I optimised property and vehicle value across 1,800 locations, consolidated assets, and integrated new IT. Most recently, at Vue, I built teams, processes and governance, and led restructuring.
